Open Arms October Week 2 Pumpkin Patch Contest Template INSTRUCTIONS: Please reference Week 2 information for contest details (sent 10/4/24) . Please print in color, if possible. Document is landscape, letter (8.5” x11 ”) for- mat. Cut on the dotted lines to separate each pumpkin. For online pumpkin donations, have donors scan a QR code from the 8th Annual Open Arms October Event Flyer with QR code (link to download sent with Week 2 materials). Suggested donation is $5/each. Donors will receive emailed receipts to use as proof of payment/tax purpos- es. Fill in the “ Donor ” name section, and display in designated location at MAA office. All pumpkin names and information should adhere to MAA standards. You will be contacted on 11/1/24 by an Open Arms October committee volunteer for your final pumpkin count , so please keep track! Winners will be announced on 11/15/24. Good luck with your pumpkin patch!
