training schedules, entertainment, accommodation, and gear/ equipment. However, with the teamwork of the coaches, team manager, equipment manager, ‘physio’ and the boys themselves, it was an easier and more fun process. I must acknowledge the parents who traveled to support their kids at the games, and even those that stayed back on the island, but still managed to send messages of encouragement and keep up with the progress of the team. Also, despite not advancing to the final/qualifying stages, the boys must be congratulated for their die-hard performance and spirit. I sensed the brotherhood and unity, working with this team, which I hope lives on and transcends to other teams. I do look forward to working with you all and more in the future. Best wishes, Reece
