The projector comprises the following main items:

Screen Housing
The housing contains the projection lens (6), mirror, surface illumination LED, surface illumination light guides (7), and the mainstransformer.

Digital Protractor
Provides digital indication of angular measurements. Displayed through the Mx200 readout or tablet PC for M1 or M2 or QC DRO.

Mx200 Readout (Tablet PC for M1 or M2 or QC DRO)
The Mx200 is a metrology readout for performing two and three axis measurements. Measurements can be performed using optical comparators, measuring microscopes and a variety of other crosshair measurement systems. All user interaction with the software is through the color touchscreen or through the use of softkeys and function keys on the rubberized keypad. The M1 Software interface consists of color touch screens that include a feature list, function buttons and toolbars for performing and displaying measurements and is for use on Android Tablets only. The M2 includes the ability to measure 2D features and provides an interactive 2D part view and part skewing for easy set up. Programmes can be recorded to speed up the measurement of multiple parts. The QC DRO enables measurements to be viewed and recorded, and programs to be created for measuring a number or similar parts. For further details, refer to the QC DRO Operators Manual.

Workstage
Movable in the X and Y axes for measurement, and in the Z axis for focus. Single dovetail slot for fitting workholders with angular clamping screws. The dimensions are as follows (in mm):

Projection Light Cover
Houses the projection light and condenser lens.

Projection Lens
Projects the image on to the screen via the mirror in the screen housing (1). A range of lenses are available; for details see Section 7 - Specification .
