2019 START SMALL
• At capacity with 500 student waiting list • Family involvement is the norm (beyond just parents) • 300 kids matriculate to next grade with top GA milestones, scores and waitlist
• Enrollment Goal of 300 • Score well / high on comprehensive performance • 100% enrollment with waiting list • School is a safe haven in community • Retention of stellar educators committed to purposeful learning
• At least 50% of parental involvement • Successful completion, 100% retention • Enough growth to have 4th / 5th grade

• Financial stability from private and public sectors • Submission request of 2 other GA SLAM charters (Dekalb and Fulton) • Surplus in budget to reinvest in school / community • Top 5 charters in the state of Georgia • Active and engaging social media platforms that result in national and community support • Reward school status • Academy approach with post secondary opportunities
• Middle school • All of our 3rd grade students are reading on grade level
