FF&E RESERVE

• The hotel operator Radisson Hotel Group has to establish a Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Reserve (FF&E). • To be used exclusively to renovate, repair, replace or modify the FF&E in accordance with the requirements of Radisson Hotel Group.

RISK & LIABILITY

Radisson Hotel Group guarantees all risks, costs and expenses related to the exploitation of the room and the hotel.

Guests have free access to the David Lloyd Leisure Club facilities during their stay.
