The number of condo listings in Burnaby South, at 308, decreased 9% month-over-month but were 19% above last year. February’s condo sales, at 124, were 43% above last month and 80% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 40% in February, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in February was $664,700, up 1.1% from January but 1.7% lower vs February 2020. The average sold price was $625,311 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $747 (down 0.1% and 4%, respectively, vs January).
