The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 103% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in February was $725,100, 2% above January and 8% higher vs February 2020. The average sold price was $910,401 with an average PSF sales price of $545 (up 7% and 2%, respectively, vs January).
