At 118, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 25% lower month-over-month and 18% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 206, were up 106% month-over- month and 142% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 175% in February, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $611,600, 3% above last month and 9% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $676,872, while the average PSF sales price was $442 (up 2% and 4%, respectively, from last month).
