The 71 detached listings in Squamish in February were up 25% compared to January but 17% below February 2020. February’s detached sales (at 32) increased by 68% month-over-month and rose 113% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in February increased to 45%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.03M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 4% above January and 6% higher vs February 2020. The average sold price of $1.38M was 12% above January and 31% higher vs February 2020.
