Condo listings in Squamish in February, at 37, were 18% lower month-over-month and year-over-year. Year-over-year condo sales were up 56% in February and were 56% higher month-over-month (at 25). Increasing to 68%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. February’s condo benchmark price of $509,000 was 1.5% above January and 4% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $523,950 at an average PSF sales price of $652 (down 13% and up 20%, respectively, month-over-month).
