The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 64%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. February’s condo benchmark price of $416,500 was 3% above January and 5% higher vs February 2020. The average sold price was $446,166 at an average PSF sales price of $541 (up 5% and 3%, respectively, from January).
