The number of detached listings in Vancouver East in February, at 380, was 4% higher month-over- month but 11% lower year-over-year. The 136 detached sales were 24% higher month- over-month and 58% above February 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 36% in February, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. February’s benchmark price was $1.57M, 1.2% above January and up 9% vs February 2020. The average sold price of $1.82M was 0.6% below January but up 20% vs February 2020.
