Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 4% month-over-month (to 380) while February’s listings were up 12% year-over-year. Condo sales increased 85% from January (to 183) and were up 55% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 48%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. February’s condo benchmark price was $599,600, 0.6% higher month-over-month and year-over-year. The average sold price was $658,123, a 3% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $881, 1.3% above last month.
