Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 57% in February (to 445), while year-over-year sales increased by 70%. Increasing to 34%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. February’s condo benchmark price of $794,500 was 4% higher month-over-month but 0.2% below February 2020. The average sold price was $903,848 at an average PSF sales price of $1,071 (down 3% and up 2%, respectively, month-over-month).
