The 78 detached sales in February were up by 169% month-over-month and 77% above February of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24% in February, as West Vancouver’s detached segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. February’s benchmark price was $2.97M—2% above January and 17% higher than in February 2020. The average sold price of $3.61M was 9% below last month but 40% higher vs last year.
