The number of condo listings in West Vancouver remained unchanged between January and February, at 93, and were 12% lower vs February 2020. The 14 condo sales in February were 27% above last month and 100% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 15% in February, as West Vancouver’s condo market remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price was $1.12M in February, 4% above January and 10% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.42M (down 9% vs January) and the average PSF sales price was $966 (11% below January).
