Snow Mold Max Assurance Program details • Select a preventive option on page 2 of this sheet based on snow mold pressure and length of control required. Make a single application just prior to snow cover. • BASF assures no more than 15% snow mold present in the spring after snow melt. • If breakthrough occurs beyond 15%, BASF will supply product at no cost for one recovery application to affected areas. • This assurance is limited to providing one recovery application up to the total acres initially treated. • Control failure and clean-up product selection is determined at the sole discretion of BASF representative. All claims must be reported within 28 days after spring snow melt.
