Earn an IREM Designation CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGERS (CPM)
Professional real estate managers of large portfolios who manage multi- family, office, retail and industrial properties. CPMs are acknowledged as ultimate asset management performers in the real estate industry for their expertise and commitment to professional ethics and their ability to maximize returns on investment. ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGERS (ARM®) On- site managers of residential portfolios, managing conventional apartments, federally-assisted housing, condominiums, single-family homes and manufactured home communities and are considered residential management specialists. ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGERS (ACoM) Professional real estate managers of small to mid-size commercial portfolios, having a minimum of 12 months of commercial real estate management experience, an undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate or property management, or and associates degree in non- residential property management. ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS (AMO®) An elite group of management firms with an Executive CPM on staff directing and supervising the firm’s real estate management activities.
