Fix’s first distribution center in the Northeast, as the San Francisco-based company looks to expand its user base along the East Coast. PetSmart, Inc. The largest specialty pet reta i l er in the count ry , PetSmart, Inc., turned to Blue Rock Construction to deliver an 871,000 s/f warehouse and distribution center in Bethel, PA. The facility, which was completed in nine months, features a 45,000 s/f climate control area for fish aquarium and distribution facilities. Simon & Schuster Blue Rock constructed a

197,000 s/f addition to Simon & Schuster’s existing distri- bution facility in Delran, NJ. As design-builder, Blue Rock worked alongside the owner to adjust the construction meth- ods to maintain tight budget restrictions. Kellogg’s Blue Rock de l i vered a 400,000 s/f distribution ware- house to Kellogg’s at Capital Logistics Center Building 200 in Middletown, PA. The fit-out project to the existing ware- house began in mid-September 2016. Blue Rock received the Certificate of Occupancy on Nov. 22. n

Rock Construction remains busy delivering state-of-the- art fulfillment and distribution facilities for some of today’s top retailers, including Urban Out- fitters, Amazon.com, Simon & Schuster, Kellogg’s, PetSmart, Inc., and upstart e-commerce companies Stitch Fix and Jet. com. Each facility includes the most modern technological in- novations for inventory control and conveyor systems. For Jet.com, one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the U.S., Blue Rock com- pleted a 705,000 s/f distribu- tion facility in time for its 2016 holiday season. The Hoboken, NJ-based company moved its Swedesboro, NJ, distribution operations to its new location in the Gateway Business Park in Salem County, NJ. Construction commenced in September 2015 with Jet.com receiving its Temporary Cer- tificate of Occupancy just one year later. Jet.com isn’t the only e-com- merce company keeping Blue Rock busy. Below are a few more examples of Blue Rock de- livering state-of-the-art fulfill- ment and distribution facilities to today’s top retailers. Amazon.com Blue Rock Construction completed fast-track, tenant improvement/reconfiguration fulfillment centers for Amazon. com in Carlisle, PA (750,000 s/f), Pittston, PA (450,000 s/f) and Gouldsboro (400,000 s/f), PA. Also while in Gouldsboro, Blue Rock renovated another 800,000 s/f for Quidsi, which is a subsidiary of Amazon and par- ent company to Diapers.com. Urban Outfitters Blue Rock constructed a new one million s/f Internet Fulfill- ment Center in Gap, PA for Urban Outfitters in just under two years from conceptual de- sign to project turnover. The state-of-the-art facility features sophisticated automation and advanced infrastructure, in- cluding one of the country’s largest rooftop solar arrays for on-site power generation. Stitch Fix Blue Rock delivered a 483,990 s/f distribution center for Stitch Fix, an upstart e-commerce re- tailer that serves as an online personal shopping service. The new facility in Lower Naza- reth Twp., PA, marks Stitch
