The North Brunswick Logis- tics Center offers direct access to Route 1 via a dedicated underpass, providing both north and southbound connec- tions. The site is also minutes from major highways, includ- ing Interstate 95, Interstate 287, and the Garden State Parkway, making it a prime location for logistics and dis- tribution. a member of the Silverman Group , has signed a pre- construction, full-building lease agreement with US Pharma Lab LLC for a 162,657 s/f build-to-suit facility at the North Brunswick Logistics Center. The building is being custom-built by Silver Line Development , the Silver- man Group’s internal general contractor, and will serve as US Pharma Lab’s third New Jersey location. Silver Line is also executing the specialized internal outfitting, which in - cludes custom medical instal- lations such as cleanrooms and precision-controlled environ- ments tailored to US Pharma Lab’s manufacturing needs. Delivery of the facility is ex- pected in fall 2025. The new US Pharma build- ing is rising at 2 King Arthur Court on the site of a former Johnson & Johnson office building which was razed by Silverman to make way for the modern manufacturing and distribution facility. The North Brunswick Logistics Center is part of the larger SL Corporate Center, situated on the site of the former Johnson & Johnson campus that was acquired by Silverline Win- dows. The multi-building, multi-use 100-acre campus now features light manufac- turing, distribution, office, and warehouse operations, with Cornerstone Building Products as the anchor tenant, occupying over 800,000 s/f. Headquartered in North Brunswick, NJ, US Pharma Lab is a global leader in devel- oping and manufacturing di- etary supplement ingredients and products. The company was attracted to the North Brunswick Logistics Center due to its proximity to the firm’s existing facilities and the convenient commute for employees. The expansion is driven by client business growth, and the new build-to- suit facility will enhance US Pharma Lab’s manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
