completion of a capital improve- ment project at the Glenpointe Marriott, a 351-room full-ser- vice hotel located on the com- pany’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck. The capital improvement project transformed the hotel’s 39,317 s/f meeting and event space, seamlessly integrating natural elements inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park with a sleek, contempo- rary design. Managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house construction management team, in collaboration with HotelStudio and Kimmerle Newman Architects , the proj- ect included the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-func - tion spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom. In addition, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises collaborated with Soho Art Consulting to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation. “Strategic, ongoing invest- ments are central to our long- term ownership philosophy, ensuring our properties re- main best-in-class,” said Ryan Sanzari , president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “These capital improvements under- score our dedication to further enhancing the Glenpointe cam- pus, solidifying its status as northern New Jersey’s premier corporate destination.” David Cirincione , market general manager of the Glen- pointe Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Home- wood Suites by Hilton , add- ed, “Since its inception, the Glenpointe Marriott has proud- ly hosted events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 10 to large-scale events for nearly 1,000. These investments will enable us to continue this tradi- tion while offering an elevated hospitality experience that caters to the diverse needs of all our guests.” The Glenpointe Marriott is one of three hotels on the Glen- pointe live-work-stay corporate campus.
