The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 15%, as Burnaby South’s detached market transitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price in October was $1.47M, 1.0% above the previous month but a 10% decline vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.61M, relatively unchanged month-over-month and 1.7% below October of last year.
