October’s condo sales, at 97, were 24 above last month and 47 higher than last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26% in October, as Burnaby South’s condo segment transi- tioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in October was $645,300, 1.4% below September and an 8% decrease from October 2018. The average sold price was $607,428 (3% higher than in September) with an average PSF sales price of $723 (relatively unchanged vs September).
