There were1,432 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in October, 8% lower vs last month and 12% below last year. At 415, condo sales were 15% higher in October than in September and 42% above October 2018. Increasing to 29%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in October was $405,100, relatively unchanged from September and 6% lower than in October 2018. The average sold price was $383,780 (2% below September), while the average PSF sales price was $455 (2% above September).
