The number of condo listings in Langley, at 273, decreased 10% month-over-month and fell 12% vs last year. October’s condo sales, at 86, were up by 16% from last month and 26% above this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 32% in October, as Langley’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in October was $399,700, relatively unchanged from September and a 6% decrease from October 2018. The average sold price was $415,156 (up 7% vs September) with an average PSF sales price of $445 (1.6% above September).
