The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 296 in October, 18% lower month-over- month and 21% below October 2018. Condo sales increased to 125, 51% higher month- over-month and up 60% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 42%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $554,100, was 1.4% above last month but 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $661,166 was down 1.9% vs September, while at $779 the average PSF sales price decreased by 3% month-over-month.
