Townhome sales, at 15, were up by 3 vs September and 4 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 43% in October as Squamish’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The benchmark price in October was $705,900, 2% below last month and 3% lower than last year. The average sold price was $674,367, while the average PSF sales price was $455 (down 4% and 6%, respectively, from last month).
