Condo listings in Squamish decreased to 73 in October 2019, 19% below September but 26% higher than in October 2018. Year-over-year and month-over-month condo sales were both up by 18 in October (to 24). Increasing to 33%, the sales-to-listings ratio reflect- ed seller’s market conditions. October’s condo benchmark price of $511,400 was 4% higher month-over-month and 5% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $450,704 at an average PSF sales price of $533 (down 11% and up 3%, respectively, month-over-month).
