The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey increased to 32% in October, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in October was $562,800, 1.0% below last month and 4% lower vs October 2018. The average sold price was $591,576 (0.9% above September), while the average PSF sales price was $377 (down 1.3% from September).
