Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 17% month-over-month (to 403) while October’s listings were down 13% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 9% from September (to 162) and were up 36% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 40%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. October’s condo benchmark price was $552,000, up 0.7% from September but 6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $621,433, a 0.6% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $833, 0.8% above last month.
