October’s detached sales (at 78) were up by 17 month-over-month and 13 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in October increased to 12% as Vancouver West’s detached segment transi- tioned to balanced market territory. At $2.91M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.6% above September but 11% below October 2018. The average sold price of $3.34M was 15% above September 2019 but 5% lower vs October 2018.
