Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,311 in October 2019, 14% below September and 12% lower than in October 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 36% in October (to 365), with month-over-month sales increasing by 21%. Increasing to 28%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to seller’s market territory. October’s condo benchmark price of $754,100 was relatively unchanged month-over-month and 7% below October 2018. The average sold price was $892,339 at an average PSF sales price of $1,011 (down 4% and 2%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
