Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

Physical Therapy Update Great news for members using Medicare—Concierge Physical Therapists no longer requires members with Medicare to have a referral before accessing physical therapy services. CPT has brought on a physician as Medical Director to handle all referral and Medicare compliance issues. To schedule physical therapy at your Fitness Center, click here.

Core Movement Fridays at 8:30 AM beginning September 21

Yoga Tune-Up Mondays at 12:30 PM beginning September 10 Is your body in need of a tune-up? Take some time to focus on postural alignment, range of motion, and muscular balance. “Yoga Tune-Up” will combine Vinyasa Yoga with strength training to give you a well-rounded workout in one class! Modifications will be available for varying levels; previous yoga experience is helpful but not required. Instructor: Christina Potts

Create stability through core strengthening and alignment via Pilates and other techniques. Target healthy range of motion through resistance work and an assortment of stretches for hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and more. Reduce pain and injuries. Improve awareness and performance.
