Setting the tone for the New Year, the Orange County Board of Supervisors takes time during the year ’ s first meeting for organizational purposes. For 2023, this meeting was held Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Items at the Organizational Meeting typically include appointments such as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Clerk, and Chief Deputy Clerk. At this meeting, Supervisor R. Mark Johnson was reinstalled as the Chairman, Supervisor Lee H. Frame will now serve as the Board ’ s Vice Chairman.
