Megan has been in the Ramsey Livestock program. Currently pushing cattle, in her early years she had a few cattle roped on her. Megan is big and gentle and will make a good trail riding horse. Nelly is a broodmare that has had two foals for TDCJ. She has the bone and muscle to complement any ranch or performance type stallion. She is by our Doc Highball stallion, a grandson of Mr Sun Olena, and her dam was a daughter of CTR Slick Wilson and out of a Bandit bred mare. The 10-mare family is one of our older mare families that produces good foals. She is bred by Once Upon A Pepto from Texas A&M and is due to foal March 13, 2026. Stands approximately 14.3 hands. Diamond was used in the field force operations at the Roach Unit. She is gentle and easy to ride and has spent most of her life working in gardens and fields. She is the kind of horse that takes care of her rider. She would make a great trail riding horse. Stands approximately 14.2 hands.
