TURN YOUR RESOLUTION INTO REALITY How Small Changes Lead to Big Success
Some of the best moments for reflection come when we’re closing out one year and welcoming in another. After we’ve gathered with our loved ones for the holidays and counted down the final minutes of 2024, we should all take a few minutes to reflect on our experiences from the past 12 months and beyond. This is when many Americans will determine and establish their New Year’s resolutions.

I’m always looking for ways to improve professionally and personally. As I reflect on the past year, I really want to focus on continuing to use new technology to make treatment more efficient and easier for our patients. Making small changes and adjustments you can realistically maintain throughout the year and beyond is the best way to improve yourself and reach your goals. If you haven’t set your resolution yet, don’t worry! There’s still plenty of time to establish a goal and bring it to fruition. One resolution we encourage you to make is to fix your smile, whatever that may look like to you. If you’re unhappy with crooked teeth or a bite problem, this is the year you should set a resolution to start orthodontic treatment to obtain a smile you’re proud of. Whether you want whiter,
