Gardening with Amman Little Gardeners for EY
You will be learning how to grow plants, along with growing your own herbs and grasses, learning about composting and developing sustainable living and gardening practices. Expect to have lots of fun and to get your hands dirty! Learn the basics of hairstyling! In this fun club, students will explore creative techniques to braid, twist, and style hair while developing confidence and creativity. Perfect for budding stylists! This CCA is ONLY for students who have already mastered the following knitting stitches: Stockinette Stitch, Garter Stitch, Casting On and OFF. This CCA provides an opportunity for students to take their skills further and create beautiful knitted animals. They will be taught new stitches required and will follow a pattern to complete a knitted animal. For examples of some of the animals the students will knit, please see @teapartycatcreations on Instagram. Unleash creativity and style! Join us as young designers craft their unique accessories in a fun and imaginative space. The Laser Cutting CCA teaches students to design and craft unique projects using our state-of-the-art laser cutter! Discover the relaxing and creative art of loom knitting! In this hands-on CCA, students will learn how to use round and straight looms to create scarves, hats, and other simple projects. Loom knitting is a great way to develop fine motor skills, patience, and focus—all while making something cozy and unique. No prior experience needed; just bring your creativity and enjoy the fun of crafting with yarn! Join us on a fascinating journey through the rich history, customs, and celebrations of the Middle East! This CCA will explore traditional music, clothing, food, art, and storytelling from across the region. Students will engage in hands-on activities such as Arabic calligraphy, crafts, cooking demonstrations, and cultural games while learning about the diverse cultures and values that shape the Middle East. A fun, interactive way to build appreciation for heritage, identity, and global citizenship.
