Bayt Al Hikma

Activity

Description

Spanish for Advanced Students

Students will practice listening, speaking, writing, learn about Spanish culture, and improve grammar through fun activities.

To support students with the written components of their university applications, as well as interview preparation and test practice, Year 13 students will be asked to meet with Ms. Fatima and Mr. Prokic. This will require them to miss their Tuesday CCA sessions for a couple of weeks. It is mandatory for anyone who is doing A-Level Languages (not Arabic), that they are not taking a class in. This club offers students a safe, respectful space to explore the major world religions, belief systems, and shared human values. Through interactive discussions, storytelling, and creative activities, students will learn about diverse traditions, customs, and ethical principles from around the world. The goal is to promote understanding, tolerance, and appreciation of different faiths in a neutral and respectful dialogue. This would be by invite only and offered to our yr12 English Literature group. The aim is to support them to write in the critical style that is needed at A Level. There are different aspects of writing like a critic that need to be covered by me and others that need to be covered by Ms Choudhury and so this would be a joint CCA. A fun and creative CCA where young entrepreneurs learn to develop ideas, create simple products, and explore the basics of business and selling.
