Sports CCAs
ICS Sports, A Place Where Every Student Can Thrive We believe sport should be inclusive, supportive, and accessible. Our programme is built on the principle that every child can participate, regardless of ability. We do not hold tryouts, and every student, space allowing, can take part in CCAs for their age group. Coaches observe to identify students who show commitment, teamwork, and potential and after a few weeks, selected students will be invited to represent ICS in the Amman Athletics Conference (AAC) . These students will also join additional Saturday sessions. Football – U12, U13 (BSME Cairo Trip), U14, U16, and U19 (Boys & Girls) ● Volleyball – U14, U16, U18, and U19 (Boys & Girls) ● Basketball – WSG Valencia Team (training throughout the term) ● Cross Country - U12, U14, U16 and U19 (Boys & Girls) Key Dates – Term 1 Sports Fixtures & Events ● Sunday, 14 September 2025 – First Day of CCAs ● 2–4 October 2025 – AAC U16 Boys & Girls Football ● Saturday, 4 October 2025 – AAC Cross Country ● 5–10 November 2025 – World School Games (WSG) – Basketball (Valencia) ● 6–8 November 2025 – AAC U19 Boys & Girls Volleyball ● 6–8 November 2025 – AAC U14 Boys & Girls Football ● 13–14 November 2025 – AAC U12 Boys & Girls Football ● 16–19 November 2025 – AAC U16 Boys & Girls Volleyball ● 20–22 November 2025 – AAC U19 Boys & Girls Football ● 20–22 November 2025 – AAC U14 Boys & Girls Volleyball ● 5–7 December 2025 – BSME U13 Boys & Girls Football (Cairo Trip) Whether your child plays for fun or hopes to represent the school competitively, we encourage them to register during the sign-up period.
