Meridian Waste Expands Service In Georgia
Meridian Waste Florida LLC, a subsidiary of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Meridian Waste, will begin residential solid waste collection services for all of Charlton County, Georgia, on November 2. Meridian Waste won the Charlton County municipal gar- bage collection contract in August through a competitive request for proposal (RFP) process issued by the county. APR Recognizes Member Innovations The Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) announced a record number of innovations that have received APR Crit- ical Guidance Recognition (CGR) during the October 2020 Virtual Member Meeting. CGR is an integral component of The APR Design Guide for Plastics Recyclability, and is pre- sented to companies that have developed new products and technologies that are compatible with current recycling infrastructure.
