July 4th Fireworks No Independence Day celebration is complete without the grand finale–a dazzling fireworks display that paints the night sky with bursts of color and light. This year, bring the family, chairs, and blankets and head to Highland Heritage Reginal Park to finish the holiday festivities. Bring a picnic basket filled with your family’s favorite treats, or enjoy the food trucks on-site. The Highlands Ranch Community Association, Highlands Ranch Metro District, and Douglas County have joined forces to bring
an unforgettable night of celebration. The fireworks will begin around 9:30 p.m., but the starting time may vary depending on weather conditions and any fire bands in effect. Given the event’s popularity, parking is limited. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bike, walk, or ride share to avoid traffic congestion and parking. Whether you’ve been enjoying a backyard BBQ or a leisurely day with your family, make the most of the night with a classic fireworks show in the park.
