N EC XON has announced the launch of a Human Capital business unit. The unit provides a range of workforce management and contract resourcing solutions to meet the critical staffing needs of South African businesses. The unit boasts a team with the requisite knowledge and expertise to offer precision-tailored staffing solutions. As an example many of our clients in East Africa speak Swahili, so it makes sense for Swahili speakers to lead efforts to develop these regional clients,” said Nganga. East Africa is a technically mature and highly competitive market. The responsibility given to the team is enabling previously untapped opportunities to be embraced. This means more personal growth and development for local employees and leaders. “Apart from the established local team, we’ve also hired key new people who will further support improved service delivery across our business units,” said Nganga. Munro is confident about the team. “We have good human capital. Our skills include management, telecoms, networking, and safety and security.
