MARION ROSALIE CLARK née Smith November 27, 1939 – February 25, 2026 At the Residence in Lachute, Qc, on February 25, 2026, at the age of 86, Marion Rosalie Clark, beloved wife of Truman Clark, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Loving daughter of the late Benjamin Smith and the late Evangeline Doleman. Cherished mother of Dawn, Timothy (Caroline), Thomas (Caroline) and Karen (Andrew). Proud grandmother of Tanya, Jordan (Lindsay), Briana (Colton), Michaela, Benjamyn, Sidney, Bailey, Deanna, Wesley, Jared, Avery, Jeremy and Carey. Overjoyed great-grandma to ten great-grand- kids. She also leaves behind her three siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, and many other wonderful family members and dear friends. Born in Nova Scotia, raised as a pastor’s kid with many travels and multiple residences through her childhood, she advanced her career in accounts at MacLean-Kennedy in Montreal. Living in Brownsburg she met and married Truman, bringing her accounting skills and work ethic to a new adventurous life of farming. Juggling family and farm life she raised her children in faith and continued to help and support her family, friends and church community. Marion could always be found cracking a joke, baking cookies with a grand-child, singing and playing the piano, or knitting a Christmas stocking for all the family. The family would like to thank the wonderful and gracious staff at the Lachute Residence for taking great care of Marion and making her time with them so enjoyable. Loving father of France. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Patsy and many wonderful friends. A private service will be held at a later date. Au Centre multiservices de santé et de services sociaux d’Argenteuil, à Lachute, le 25 février 2026, est décédée à l’âge de 93 ans, madame Georgette Ouimet, veuve de monsieur Claude Parent, fille de feu Donat Ouimet et de feu Germaine Carrière. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses sœurs : Monique et Lise (Gilles), ainsi que ses nombreux neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis. Elle était prédécédée par ses frères et sœurs : Jacqueline, Jeannine, Lucien (feu Henriette), Mariette (feu André), Roland (Gisèle), Jacques (Gisèle), Marie-Paule (feu Gisbert) et Michelle (Serge). Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi 14 mars 2026, à 11 h, en l’église Sainte-Anastasie, 174, avenue Béthany, Lachute (Québec) J8H 2M1. La famille accueillera parents et amis à compter de 10 h 30. James Edward Lyng passed away on February 10, 2026, at the age of 92. Throughout his life, he was affectionately known as Mr. Lyng, Dad, Grandpapa, Uncle Jimmy, Jim, and James. He remained strong until his final hour, much like the love he had for his large grandfather clock that stood proudly in his living room. He often said that he saw life as a glass half full. He was deeply loved by many friends and family members. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Carol Levesque Lyng. He was predeceased by his first wife, Louise Goyette Lyng (married from 1957 to 2000), his parents, Edward Lyng and Veronica Larocque Lyng, his sister Anne (John), and his brothers Kevin (Sandra) and Gerold (Sheila). He is also survived by his brothers Brian (Liz) and John. He leaves behind his children Danny, Carol, Lorraine (Don), Ricky (Natali), and Patricia, as well as those who received his fatherly love, Mark (Caroline) and Denise (Ernie). He will also be fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at SALON ROLAND MÉNARD Inc
