Sale Location: The sale will be held at the ranch 1 1/2 miles north of Egeland, ND in our heated sale facility. Cattle Viewing: Videos of the bulls and heifers can be viewed online at DVauction.com. Cattle are available for inspection any time here at Nelson Angus – 1.5 Miles North of Egeland ND. Videos will also be posted to the Nelson Angus Facebook page. Announcements: All announcements over the block take precedence over the catalog Food and Refreshments: A Complimentary beef lunch will be available at the sale, and please join us after the sale for food & refreshments. Accommodation: Nelson Angus will be happy to help arrange accommodations as needed Delivery: Free Delivery for the first 300 miles on bulls and actual cost for the rest of the trip. Delivery of females is the responsibility of the buyer. Nelson Angus will assist you with making arrangements if needed. Sight—Unseen Purchases: We guarantee the bulls will be as described and to your liking, or you don’t own them. Terms and Conditions: Cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association Supplement Information: A supplemental information sheet will be available on sale day & will be posted on our Nelson Angus Facebook page & DV Auction Herd Health: All the bulls have had a complete vaccination program and have been poured with Ivomec . All females are officially calfhood Bang’s vaccinated. Interstate health papers will be furnished for all lots that need. Semen Interest: Nelson Angus will be retaining one-third semen interest and revenue sharing on all bulls selling. Full possession and salvage value belong to the buyer unless otherwise stated. Feeding Arrangements: Nelson Angus will winter your bull purchases until April 1st, 2026, at no cost. Bulls left after April 1st will be charged $3.00 per day per bull unless other arrangements are made. Guarantee: All Bulls selling for $ 5,000.00 or more are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turn out of the bull. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided or if the buyer prefers, credit towards one bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less salvage value of the injured bull. All bulls will have had a semen check and breeding evaluation before delivery. Liability: The Nelson family assumes no liability, legal or otherwise for any accidents which may occur.
