WELCOME Welcome to our annual production sale and after 30 years of being in the Registered Red Angus seed stock business, we have made the decision to change our sale format from Private Treaty to Live Auction. This was a big decision for our family and after making the commitment, we are excited. Our program and customer base was built around our private treaty bull sale and has been nothing short of great for us. Over the years we have worked hard to raise a product, a set of bulls, and a cowherd that not only takes care of us but will also meet the needs of our customers as well. I’ve always said I want to treat our customers the way I would like to be treated and taking care of them after the sale of the bull has been our main focus here at Sandy Willow Red Angus. Working directly in the livestock marketing industry has been a huge asset to our program in knowing what the industry is after. The buyers and the feedlots want high quality cattle that can gain and convert, while staying sound and ending up with a high-quality carcass at the plant. The Red Angus female is highly sought after for their universal mating options and how user friendly they are for any type of cow/calf operation. In this year’s offering you will find a powerful, sound, complete set of bulls that will work in most environments or situations at your ranch and in celebration of 30 years, we are going to offer the first ever “Pick of the Herd” open or bred female lot to start the sale. We are blessed to have some of this country’s best commercial cattleman as customers and are more than humble to have the purebred Red Angus breeder traffic through our place over the years. We will continue to provide you as customers with the best breed leading genetics and best customer service possible.
