TLMI, FTA Partner To Host Emerging Leaders Event At LOUPE 2026 The Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) and the Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) are partnering to host IRL: Emerging Leaders Meetup at LOUPE 2026, inviting attendees to take a break from the show floor and make real-world connections in an envi- ronment designed for authentic networking and relation- ship-building. Future Leaders The event will take place on Wednesday, September 16, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. at the Spotlight Stage during LOUPE. Hosted by TLMI’s Label Leaders of Tomorrow (LLT) and FTA’s Leaders Inspiring Flexo’s Tomorrow (LIFT) program, the gathering is designed to foster meaningful connec- tions among emerging leaders while strengthening indus- try-wide collaboration and workforce development efforts. The networking event will also welcome representa- tives from RadTech, further expanding opportunities for attendees to learn about industry resources, engage with peers from across the supply chain, and build relation- ships that extend beyond the show floor. XSYS Unveils New Family Of Flexo Adapters XSYS is launching a new generation of press-specific flexo adapters with Rotec Core X. The carbon fibre adapter family is designed to help flexographic printers achieve maximum printing performance, productivity and process stability through press-specific engineering. The Rotec Core X adapter series was developed from testing and cooperation with flexographic printing press manufacturers. XSYS carried out more than 40 prototype designs in OEM technology centers and at customer sites to ensure that the adapters are matched to the dynamic characteristics of the respective printing press. These tests showed that adapter performance de- pends heavily on the specific dynamics of the printing presses, including their vibration behavior and mechanical properties. The result of this research work is a two-stage prod- uct concept: The Rotec Core X Ultra adapter series offers press-specific versions for selected machine platforms. These adapters feature a tailored carbon-fiber architec- ture and a specially developed internal construction that optimizes rigidity and flexibility. This enables lower con- tact pressure settings and extends plate life by up to 10 percent. Alongside the Ultra series, the Rotec Core X Pro adapt- er offers analternative for all major press platforms. It com- bines advanced carbon fiber construction with integrated bounce reduction technology.
