He brings more than 20 years of experience in packaging and materials science, with a track record of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to his time at Google, Ali served as Technical Di- rector at Hammer Packaging (now part of MCC), where he led package engineering, field service teams, and re- search and development initiatives supporting consumer packaged goods brands.
