“We do a lot of golf in the summer, but also Kings Island, the pool, “Mom adventures,” teaching my kids to cook and letting my kids be bored for a while. Boredom sparks creativity.” –Emily Van N. “We’re enjoying our first summer back in Cincinnati! We’ll be hitting up the big spots, like Kings Island, and finding hidden gems like Sprinkles in Goshen.” –Emily Wagner F. “Spending as much time outdoors with my three year old and just taking in the amazingness of the little things! Make sure to enjoy each moment!” –Leslie H. “Visiting different parks around the tristate that we haven’t been to before. We make a day out of it and pack lunch or find a cool local place to get food.” –Ashley N. “Lazy days at the pool between summer reading assignments.” –Jessica S. “We just spent a week with extended family on Hilton Head Island. We had family photos taken and spent quality time with my 82-year-old mom, playing dominoes, Yahtzee, and doing puzzles. Find joy in the messy house, and the full days in pajamas. Don’t forget to find time to get in the water and see somewhere new every summer with Every year, I cram in as many vacations as possible. This year will be different because my daughter is missing our annual beach trip to go with a friend to a different beach, so that means I am trying to fit something else in before we go back to school.
