There are a number of sustainability features throughout Meadow Court, which include lowenergy LED lighting, efficient underfloor heating and internal walls designed to increase insulation. BREEAM, the world’s leading independent sustainability assessment has awarded Meadow Court a rating of ‘Very Good’. The assessment considers all aspects of the building process including, energy, materials used and pollution.
