CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER (CPM) Salvatore Dragone, CPM,

Salvatore Dragone, CPM, Vice President/Director of Property Management with Rubenstein Partners, L.P., is responsible for oversight of day-to-day management and operation of all properties owned by Rubenstein Partners, and is an integral part of their acquisition team, acquiring new value enhancing opportunities for the fund. Dragone is a VP for Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3, an Adjunct Instructor at Drexel University, an IREM Instructor and a certified continuing education instructor for the state of New Jersey’s Real Estate commission. CPM designations are accreditations for professional real estate managers of large portfolios, managing multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties. CPMs are acknowledged as ultimate asset performance experts in the industry for their expertise and commitment to professional ethics and maximizing returns on investments. Michelle Storino, ARM, Executive Property Manager at Community Realty Management, has operational and financial responsibility for a portfolio consisting of Section 42 Tax Credit, Section 8, Section 236 and Section 202 programs, for a total of 1,236 units scattered over Philadelphia and South Jersey. An active member of Southern New Jersey Chapter No. 101, she received the 2014 ARM of the Year Award, and the prestigious Michael Fisher Award for Excellence presented by CRM in 2012 and 2014. The ARM accreditation is awarded to site managers of residential portfolios, managing conventional apartments, federally assisted housing, condominiums, single-family homes and manufactured home communities thereby marking them as residential management specialists. Robert Cronheim is the Executive CPM of Cronheim Management Services, Inc., AMO, which was formed in 1897 by his father David, a charter member of New Jersey Chapter No. 1, becoming the first AMO Member in Chapter No.1. Robert served as the 1968 Chapter President. Following in his father’s footsteps, son Daniel Cronheim, Esq., became active in IREM in 1973 and now serves as the Chapter Secretary.
